Shows no original style, resembles pony creator, forelegs are elongated and skinny, neck is oddly shaped, hind legs are too smooth on one side and too jagged on the other, eye placement is too low, forehead is malformed, mane and tail is a total mess. Lines are good though, you just need to work on proportions and style.

- if you could get better lighting on your page it'd be great, right now i have to squint (but that is also because my eyes are god awful)
- ...are you using crayola colored pencils? you also tend to leave a lot of white when you color, try to get good coverage so it looks less like a middle school art project
- the way you drew her eyes implies that when shes not making a ´･v ･｀face, her eyelids touch her hairline. first draw the oval for the eye shape, THEN add lidded eye if you want
- her muzzle looks flat. not in the "it's a cow nose, it's flat" way, but in a "snout and mouth pasted onto a 2d surface" way
- the jaw line connecting the ear and the neck looks wrong? im too tired to figure it out exactly, it looks like you just drew a 2d face on an oval without worrying about what parts of the facial structure jut out, like her jaw/snout.
- the eyes have that problem too, so it looks like her eyes wrap around her head like a cloth instead of being inside skin and skull

I did a new sketch to see what i could do about the facial construction, tried different things with the eyes and nose/mouth, made sure to space it from the hairline. I've never had talent in my life and was just satisfied with drawing what made me happy for fun, but self-improvement means MORE FUN!
About the coloring, I admit laziness there, I do use colored pencils
about the cutie mark, it's an alt-pinkie with a brand instead of a CM or something
about the paper, it's a notebook I use that's special to me and I wanna fill it up with stuff
about the lighting, it's the best I can do with my phone until I can get a scanner or pad.
Does the form here look any better? (It is a quick sketch, so yes the lines suck)

I'm not the one who critiqued your previous post but it does look better. And don't say you don't have talent! You have a very unique style and I think it's great. Just because your way of drawing things doesnt match the original style of the thing you're drawing doesn't mean you're not good at it! It's always good to get help and to learn from it so just keep drawing!
There's nothing wrong with using colored pencils! However, if you want to make it look more professional and crisp, just do a layer of white before adding the colors you want. Blending pencils is also helpful to get more precise colors too. An example would be the one to the left. Now I am in no way a professional at the traditional coloring but here's just an old work of mine using both blending and the layer of white. Although, I would not recommend using colored pencil on lined paper if you're going to use multiple layers of color. Sketchbook paper is much better to use with traditional coloring.
Lined paper is not bad to use (especially for fun doodles/sketches) but from experience (in the past I have been bugged about lined paper in threads so I try to use it less on here) I feel it may not look as formal if you've put a lot of effort into a drawing. It also may distract from the quality of the sketch as well. Like coloring, there's nothing wrong with keeping a notebook that's filled with doodles! I have plenty of those.
There's a very simple way to edit your photos to enhance the quality. Assuming you have an iPhone, just go to your screenshot and press "Edit". With that, you can crop the picture however you like. You'll also see 3 symbols at the bottom. Click the third one and you'll see three things that say Light, Color, and B&W. With these, you can click on one and enhance the photo. I use it all the time and I feel it's very helpful. So just experiment with that!
I usually outline the sketches I'm really proud of in pen so I say go for it! I hope my advice was helpful.

Just practice. But yes, you can totally do the lines in pen and erase the pencil, however, do NOT use a ball point pen for this because when you go to erase it, the ink smudges. If you only have access to sharpies, those are better and you can color the drawing. If you're looking to get better pens, go to any arts/crafts store and where Micron pens are. They'll have a few options and if you're just beginning, just get the cheapest set or single one (if you get a single, I'd get a black 3 or 5 mm). They make great lines as long as you don't shake 'em like a polaroid picture while you're drawing.

1. candlelight is weak, it produces only slight highlights and doesn't reach far, unless the room is filled with them there will only be a smallish sphere of light -> large deep shadows surround the lit area
