Your eyes. I keep on telling you not to make it all one color, yet you never listen. Either color in only the pupil or make the whole color region smaller. Don't give them dilated pupils.
The horn is too wide and needs more of a soft point at the end. You keep on making them look like finished toilet rolls. Remember the horn should appear attached to the top of the forehead and not look like it was slapped on.
The hind legs(the bottom parts mostly) should be wider than her forelegs. The hindlegs has more muscle tissue than the forelegs. Body could also be a bit longer.

I don't know if its intended, but she's got a pudge going on. I like my ponies chubby, so good job. However, her hind leg in the background is shorter than the other legs and not in the shape of a leg at all. Most artists have trouble drawing the hindleg but honestly its pretty easy. Just draw it like you would if its in the foreground, just make it in perspective.
Some other minor problems here and there, but those are some of the things that stick out to me the most. I'm a sucker for thigh heights, so this is by far my favorite picture you drew. Great job!

I tend to draw both ears in the sketch phase but I don't think I got the perspective right so I ended up erasing it when I put the mane in since it overlapped it. Her head is tilted so the further ear should be shown. You're right. But for the record I do draw in both ears. I need to study manes/tails at some point. The skull has a huge cranium. Book Horse isn't all that smart and she most definitely isn't a mutant. Look at how skulls are shaped at the top. Try to imagine them as semi deflated sport balls. Not to deflated, but not enough air to play the game correctly. Her ear should be moved lower. Keep in mind pony ears lie somewhat in the center of the side of the skull and not the top.
All of her legs are messed up. Let's start with the forelegs. The right leg needs to end higher to show it is located at the side of the body and not attached to the belly. It looks like you erased the line that should go upwards. Her left foreleg curves at a weird angle upwards. Bones are not noodles, but sticks. Don't make it curve up like that, make it go straight up.
Her thigh is too long. It looks like Celestia's flank, but with shorter shins. Reduce the size of the thigh and lengthen the shin, but don't change the overall size of the leg. The size is fine. Her hindleg in the background is dislocated. She's taking a step forwards so her whole leg should be extended with no bends.
Some helpful tips regarding the hair: Make the strains of hair be parallel with the main shape of the tail. Don't just draw it on how you would think it would look. It will make your manes and tails look a whole lot neater.

You drew the head smaller than the actual body. Its not in proportion. Draw a pony skull shape for the head and add details later. Don't just make a circle as a head and slap facial features onto them. With the body in mind, you stretched the top part of the body. Why? If you're attempting to make bulky ponies then you should first learn how to draw slim ponies before manipulating the mass onto them.
The legs in the background shouldn't share the same plane as the legs in the foreground. They need to be a bit higher.

Mountains are too soft. Realistically, they need to be rougher with more sharp angles. The valley should be in the center of the picture. It would make it more visually pleasing to look at and generally main focus points are in the middle of the canvas.
Regarding colors, try a more natural color pallet. Go for a bit of snow on those grey mountains. Maybe change that brown mist(?) into water or make it have a slight green hue to it. Use a reference.
The only thing I can say about Twilight is her snout or cheek are too large. Her wings are also a bit twisted and she should have a slight glow in the front of her body.

I wanted to mention something other /ic/ didn't say. Your composition is a lil boring t.b.h.. Twilight feels really close to the rest of the mountains, so it feels likes there's only one thing to look at on the frame.
It might look nicer if you made Twilight closer to the viewer and added things farther in the background, to get a better feeling of depth.
Also, Twilight and the mountains are literally the only things in the picture, so add a few other things to make it more interesting:3.Like you could have some birds way off in the distance, or some little clouds to contrast the large mountains. Because it's just Twilight looking off at...nothing... the viewer doesn't really have anything to look for for themselves.
