SRW V PV 1:
Both him and Great Zeorymer should be considered OG.
Cant get away with Mazinkaiser but Great Zeo.......
No, it wasn't an OG mech, it was based on side stuff like Final Dancouga, Layzner Mk 2, and their ilk.
Banpresto Originals that relate to series would be things like the FA ZZ's G-Fortress Mode or Fake Grendizer, or, indeed, Mazinkaiser.
Oh Jegan could scan the pages with color lineart like this one?
I know that...
I mean it isn't like we got a group of mechs that until recently was powered by elemental spirits. Whos to say some big wig there just wont make a technological replacement for spirits and decides to combine all the elements in his one machine.
I want to make Fiona the greatest pilot who ever lived.
No one fucking used eternitychan.
The most used board was /general/ and even that one had no new posts in the past 6 months, since it was really only used when cloudflare fucked up and 4ch was down for days.
Everyone's at the IRC or Skype most likely.
Not even VF used eternitychan anymore other than to shitpost about FFXIV
I have this saved but I don't know if it's correct.
>1- Fight Alles Geist with Arriere and Ing on stage 19
>2- Fight with Arriere three times and then fulfill victory conditions. CANNOT allow the turn count to reach 4.
>3- Fight with Arriere twice on final stage
>Shinji and Judau are the youngest heroes in V?
Except, you know, Kappei.
I don't think Shinji and Judau are the only 14 year olds either. They certainly aren't if you count things other than main protagonists.
1) Warning bells to whoever/whatever created them in the first place, assuming they're still around.
2) That Crossgate Burst thing is (they haven't expanded on it where I'm at it in MD) could be the equivalent of a star/sun going supernova.
3) More bad shit comes to attack Earth.
Destroying a crossgate probably draws the attention of the database.
I mean, recording information of possibly the first? civilization that flat out destroyed a crossgate sounds like high priority.
My guess is it'll be an excuse for the La Gias characters to end up in the Endless Frontier when they try going to Earth, where Kaguya happens to have a tree full to the brim with positive spirit energy.
There's plentiful other means in OG to travel to other worlds without needing the Crossgate there: Banpreios is one with XN Dimension, or Gilliam might finally see fit to rebuild XN Geist as his final upgrade since the circumstances have become dire enough that he needs its power. Hyperion is allegedly fast enough to just outright fly between planets, and they have the teleporters the Zuvorg use now so presumably they can also get the Zuvorg to lend them some not!fold boosters or whatever it is they use to travel to and from Earth. The Crossgate isn't a necessary plot element here.
on the semifinal stage in OG2 hard modo where they throw the 11 Regisseurs and Lichkeit at you, and after Shadow Mirror finale it's such a slog to keep going. I just want to get to my next NG+, no idea where I found the motivation to push through this on my first run all those years back. Grunts with HP Regen are the worst.
>Gilliam might finally see fit to rebuild XN Geist as his final upgrade since the circumstances have become dire enough that he needs its power.
He doesn't need to rebuild Geist.
What he needs is his good ol' Power Armor Gespenst back.
I usually deploy the Wurger L JUST for that stage.
I don't even use the Stun Shock on the final boss, I just fucking stun the fucking 120K HP "grunts" so I can mindlessly whack them with everything I got.
Fuck having to use spirits so my supers dodge their shitty status moves.
Has someone uploaded the Moon Dwellers OST?
>Brunom1 has it on Youtube.
the problem with his videos are that they are fucking long. Like twice the normal length I would use in my MP3 player.
Plus the sound quality for the MD videos are... low
I thought people would upload the disc that came with the special editions of the game.
I'm happy as long as it has Moon Knights, Revenger, Fate and Limit Over.
I've found Shining Storm but I'd rather wait for JAM Project's official release.

Is there anything really missing? The premise is basically there's a galactic alliance conquering systems and they're targeting Earth. A few defectors have escaped to warn the planet.
I'd play the fuck out of that, I really like that roster.
Would Crest or Banner work? I've honestly never even looked at it.
Fuck, I totally forgot about Heroic Age.
Thanks. I'm actually gonna try writing this out. Maybe I'll end up doing something with it. Maybe not.
Iirc Combat in both tends to be more war-based rather than individual robots/ships fighting, so it probably wouldn't be that good of a fit. It just came to mind because of the plot you chose.
>inb4 somebody changes them back
I have the page watched for this exact reason.
Well there's this, don't know if the other guys are shirtless too.
Yeah so far. The other male pilots for the event use their default. I recall answering some dude who asked about shirtless males. Either way there's really nothing else. The MC wearing an apron, and one other outfit I believe.
Nothing special. It's all girl outfits. Or lack thereof
Just go play Granblue Fantasy or something
>Ok this game sucks
That's what everyone's been saying. Even the people who play regularly
I hope someone's saving all these. One day I might lose all of them.
It was in J, but never given an actual name.
It's that thing they do in J where suddenly they're farting out green energy mist like they came out of 00.
In MD Bellzelute got shafted out of that because it's not a Fury machine and the Raftclans just start pouring out light blue orgone instead of green like everything else for some reason.
ALRIGHT, THAT'S IT
>they just don't do the BHASKAR MODO callout like they do with the other machines.
That's what I was referring to.
At maximum output it's literally the same thing but Calvina doesn't get to call out her mech's super mode.
She gets the unique bit with the BUSTER ARMOR, PURGE, DOUBLE-B FORM, though, which is similar. They also spend more time on showing the mechanics of actually entering the super mode with both regular Bellzebein and Gunboxer compared to the Fury machines.
Roster time! Rate and hate!

Already got my attention.
Brachium's MD weapon set doesn't actually have Orgone Brachium Finish.
Brachium Slash now uses those beam knife things it had in concept art.
Brachium Raid is basically the old Brachium Slash.
Brachium Shot is the same but with more afterimages.
And Brachium Blow no longer looks awkward as fuck.
Next game all its attacks are probably getting a nerf to make room for Brachium Finish. This isn't a problem with it only having one finisher, it's that it straight out lacks its finisher.
-G Gundam (essentially the same, but instead of control over the whole Earth Sphere, the fight decides the leader of the colonies who are independent from Earth in this setting. The GF takes place on Earth as a show of good faith.
-Dancougar (no plot)
-Dancougar ova (the one with the revived Muge)
-Getter Robo Daikessen
-Dangaioh (reworked plot)
-Goddannar (S1 and S2)
The OYW in this setting happened a little differently. Right before the battle of Solomon, the Muge Zobaldos forces arrived, resulting in the deaths of General Revil, and Degwin Zabi. Solomon was lost soon after, with Dozle sacrificing himself so that the Federation and Zeon forces could retreat. After this the war was divided on two fronts, the Fed/Zeon space forces protecting the colonies and ABQ, while what little remained of Earths military fought off whatever landed, with mixed results. During a last, desperate push, the Earth sent Final Dancouga to confront Muge Zobaldos. The mission was a disaster, with the loss of over 90% of the combined Zeon/Federation space forces. The Dancouga Team did not return, leaving their final attack uncertain...
8 years later, the Earth Federation has provided funding to any who can provide the next generation of fighting machines. With the unexpexted appearance of the mimetic beasts a few years after the OYW, they were desperate to find a way to keep the Earth Sphere safe, since they had no idea of the next threat would come from.
T-Minus hours till Lefina reveal herself as Balmarian and betray the Steel Dragon
Oh we're doing these lists now? I guess I'll do mine then
which is a sequel to one I made earlier. Maybe you'll remember it, it's the Groizer one.
- Brave Raideen
- Adventure! Iczer-3
- Detonator Orgun (rest of series)
- Crossbone Gundam
- * 70's Robot Anime Geppy X
- *Zone of the Enders: Fist of Mars
- Aim for the Top! Diebuster
- *Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Böse
- *Asura Cryin (season 1)
- *The Girl Who Lept Through Space
- * Gundam 00 (Second Season)
Plot is the aftermath of the Black Hole Bomb from the first game, which sent everyone 10'000 years into the future and stuff. Everyone dropped in at different points so some of the cast aged up like the F91 and Zoids group, with some having come only recently and some of them having shaped the world by accident. I wanted to show a world that was going on without them even after the first few had come out of the gravity well, with stuff like 00's second season.
Coindicentally I'm not really sure if I want to do 00 or Seed yet. If I do Seed I'd throw in all the Astrays and have a plot line that actually does both the original and Destiny. Also there's a few series coming from the Gaiden list, which is mainly SD Gundam Gaiden, Dai-Sword, God Mazinger, Rayearth, Daiohja and some select units from Zoids Genesis, Turn A and Ryu Knight. inb4 series bloat
I thought about Layzner since I need a few more reals, but I figured that everyone would just see it as retreading J due to also having Nadesico.
But I REALLY don't want to bog it down with more Gundam and Layzner's story fits in pretty well I guess.
Here's the cast list that /srwg/ truly deserves
- Mazinger Z
- Getter Robo
- Gundam Wing / 00 Movie
- Zambot / Daitarn
- Dancougar Nova/ Macross Frontier/ SEED Destiny
- Voltes / Combattler V
- Martian Successor Nadesico
Huh, this is just A minus G Gundam + the 2nd Holy Trinity + the 3rd Holy Trinity
Ok /srwg/, come up with a gimmick for your OG. Like how Kouta needs to transform into the hero Fighter Roar before he can fight at full power, or how Elzam always paints his machines red and black and calls them Trombe.
Evangelion isn't really "super overused that no hype is generated when the name shows up in a cast list" though.
It's just Z3-2 completely tainting the well with Rebuild in just 1 entry, which is quite an accomplishment - I think TV Evangelion might actually get some hype going for it
Is mine. And its gimmick is that the robot isn't the super special project, it's the gun.
The entire back of the robot is a gigantic heat sink because if it wasn't, the gun would melt from the heat generated. It needs a second pilot simply to micromanage power usage and it has a double attack with a battleship where it hooks the gun up to the ship's power grid and fires, causing a brownout all over the ship.
He built his machine in such a way that he can't carry any of his non-onboard weapons with him onto the catapult and fit through the shaft, so he always deploys with just the unboard stuff then once a turn the battleship will launch one of his weapons to him with the catapult.
Friends With Everyone
Clear the stage using both Touya and Calvina plus all possible sub pilot combination with Katia, Tenia and Melua.
Does that mean I have to use the finishers or just have them as subs once?

...Wait, I got a hook. Here we go.
200 years ago, Earth was running low on natural resources, and war was as constant a threat as ever. A bunch of Earth's brightest and greatest minds got together to try to solve that, but at the conference, a second problem came up - specifically, the fact that humanity was in no way alone in the universe, and that eventually something would have to be done about potential hostilities. A couple of things came from this, it snowballed, and eventually, one hundred years after that, Earth and its colonies finally came to a full peace settlement - albeit one under constant internal threat from various terrorist groups, war hawks, and ne'er-do-wells. But for the most part it was all good.
Flash forward to now, and what do you fucking know, Earth is under attack by a goodly number of aliens. Not only that, but one or two of the colonies have rebelled, apparently backed by the Zanscare Empire, which believes itself to be highly slighted by humanity's current path and wants to gain control unlawfully.
It's a damn good thing all those preparations are finally paying off, then.

I feel I'm missing just one good series from this one, but it's not coming and that's bugging me...
I think you could toss a few curveballs, such as Zeorymer, which I don't think would interfere too much with the overall plot.
Layzner would be good for the whole aliens + government thing going on there.
I'm already doing that with FIRST.
Granted that's because the sequel has Daitarn but it's still a full game with Zambot and no other Invincibles.
The thing about series choices here are that almost all of them have to in some way be owed to the 200 years ago thing.
Celestial Being started that day, as did both Dancouga projects. Sandman was in attendance, and the Jin family was - this was when they got to Earth in the first place. It directly led to the initial creation of the Zoids, started the project that would lead to Diverland and the Top project - also Diverland in this was partly a way to manifest Cybodies somewhere not on their island without breaking the seal as well as its intended function - and of course it led to the treaty 100 years later which caused the Laplace Box thing and eventually worked its way to G Gundam.
So Zeorymer I'm not sure on. Mind, I haven't SEEN Zeorymer, so I can't really comment on it.

Been a few days since the last one, and not much new has been worked on since then, but here's a new round of rotated choices for those interested in killing a little time and boredom with me once again.
How is everyone? Having an OK day?
I gotta start off with Weltall.
We broke 106 here and I hate it so much. I've spent the day playing co-op with friends and writing plots for games I'll get to eventually, like the one I posted earlier.
We got Weltall, Ginrei Robo, Gundam Exia, part of Daltanious, part of Rayearth, Granzort, Randgrith, part of Combattler, Mark Elf, Joe's pre-Tobikage unit and the Gandor.
Can any of that fit with Xenogears? I actuall know nothing about it.
Damn, and to think I was getting burnt up over 95+ with humidity. Hang tough over there, anon, the heat has to subside sometime.
・メタルギア ライジング リベンジェンス
・機動戦士ガンダム0083 STARDUST MEMORY
Well, Xenogears is fairly Fantasy in nature so some of these work. Rayearth and Granzort definitely fit to an extent,
watch as the bunny people in Granzort are changed to be the same race as Chu-Chu.Fafner would be interesting but difficult since the Festum kind of destroy the world, and Tobikage and Datanious feel like it might as well since they come from outside Earth. The rest, I dunno, probably not. Good roll though. I don't really get it. I'm East Coast, we shouldn't be getting this kind of heat and yet here we are anyway.
We got the Gawain, Danguard A, part of Vandread, Daimos, one of the Machine Blockers, Rei and Luna's Zakus, Baan, the Flickerei Geist, G no Kagenin, and the Kohbu.
>Joe's pre-Tobikage unit
Kurojishi, the Black Lion.
The other two are Houraioh and Bakuryu (not to be mistaken for Bakuryu-Oh, the giant blue dragon mech that is a part of a combiner... having one after the other in UX and then BX is kind of silly, really.)
>tfw you know Horis was fuckin both those broads
You got the Scopedog, Luna's Zaku, Ultraman, Ganleon, Gilliam's Gespenst, part of Voltes V, Fei Yen The Knight, Astro Boy, part of King Beal, part of Golion, and part of Mechander Robo.
I would like to thank my parents, my friends, and everyone who helped make this Sahib thread possible.
Thank you all so much.
Finlander, we made it to the top, baby.
what's my theme song?
>Still smaller than most OG Supers
Now that Granteed's somewhere in the 60 meter range... a rather rare range for a mech to be, but that's besides the point... what all is smaller?
The Shadow Mirror stuff is. MAYBE the Valsion stuff, I'm not sure. But aside from that, Soul Saber's in the 50s, Grungusts and Choukijin combined forms are in the 50s, Forte's around 50, Gigan's a hell of a lot bigger than the 30s for sure...
