THEY'VE FINALLY DONE IT
JAPAN HAS FILLED THE NICHE FOR RC BATTLE MECHS
GOD BLESS YOU NIHON
also available in VOTOMS
>move around on wheels
No. That is not a "battle mech" at all. It is just a RC car designed to look like a mecha.
Until we get something that can lift one leg in front of the other, your statement is false.

>Kuratas
nice
It's not fair bros, just marathoned early UC up to CCA. Why did he have to be kill, will we ever see this handsome motherfucker in new media again?
He was in episode 2 of The Origin
Alternatively you could read The Origin since it's a bit different from the show
>>13700616
but I just want to see him and his boi Bright fuck shit up some more
>>13700611
it's good to see a character have some closure instead of getting endlessly revived for milking purposes or participating in some retarded and forced side stories.
be thankful.
What is the LEAST politics heavy Gundam? (besides Build Fighters and AGE)
>>13700216
don't remember X having much "real" politics
>>13700227
This, the only time it really did was the few glimpses it showed into the SRA in the later part.
Hell until NUNE showed up (barring the frosts) there wasn't even any real government factions.
>>13700216
G is about a world where politics has been replaced by a Gundam battle royale
LOL

ebin burn xDD

>DA WINNAH
The juvenile garbage you Americans try to pass off as humour is disgraceful.
>IBO's Mc is a sociopath (at best)
>the show tries to be edgy in an edgy universe
>we get it... war is bad, children suffer
>the capabilities of the mecha are solely reliant upon the plot and not any sort of consistency
Why do you keep posting demotivators?
As opposed to the numerous other gundam pilots who are just as edgy and mediocre.
He might be a sociopath but I like him far more then some of the MC's I was forced to endure with their pacifist shit.
>>13699579
Demotivators?
>IBO
>Thunderbolt
>G-reco
fuck off, Gundam was better back in my day
Build fighters is amazing though
>>13699467
Gundam started being shit after the 80s.
That's adoozy
Subs when? Also, is it any good?
>>13679981
>Subs when?

>Also, is it any good?

***READ THE GUIDE***
For those new to gunpla/plamo or even just new to this thread; please read the guide. Please read it before asking questions as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model". If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.
If you're new, you're gonna fuck up. Don't worry!...

Field Repair
Basically what this means is that rather than the mobile suit being fresh out of a factory, it's quite the opposite. Whether it's trudging through dense jungles or dodging debris in asteroid belts, your mobile suit has seen some better days.
You've been out in the field for quite a long time now, nearly half a year of active duty in the front lines and your personal mobile suit's pretty banged up. What's worse is the fact that there isn't a maintenance bay within several thousand kilometers of...

Anyone have experience airbrushing Future? Tips to pass along?
OMG
Can we have a Mugen no Ryvius thread?
Finished last night, /m/, fucking 10/10 anime.
I'm glad you liked it anon,I saw it this summer (after having it in my backlog for months) and thought it was pretty good too.
A lot of people tend to compare it to another story called king of the flies, but I wouldn't know how similar they are since I haven't seen that.
The Vital guarder was a concept in the show that interested me a lot though since it felt kinda realistic in terms of its operation, I'm guessing that was due to robot technology in the 90s. I really liked it though,I wish sunrise could remaster it or something

The Lord of the Flies is a novel that has been more or less adapted(that simpsons episode comes to mind), its basically a society of kids without adults goes to hell and back.
I liked the characterization and the hard scifi as well, like the explanation of why the vital guarder cant be manned because the speed its traveling at would kill the crew instantly.
The consensus on /a/ its a lot like Planetes pretty much everybody who watched it loved it, but not talked as much.
I wonder what did the nips thought...

Look, I'm not saying Zeon did nothing wrong-- but, if you think about it, wasn't the Federation worse? After all, they're the ones who backed Zeon into a corner with their oppression, anyone would want to rebel.
I mean, if you think about it, the Federation was probably worse. Plus, aren't their pilots racist? They just went around killing Zeon soldiers and civilians like nothing. And they polluted the Earth!
Naw.
>>13716370
> If you think about it, wasn't the Federation worse?
No.
> After all, they're the ones who backed Zeon into a corner with their oppression, anyone would want to rebel.
And yet most apparently didn't.
> Plus, aren't their pilots racist?
No more so than Zeon pilots who talk about Earthnoids. Which is to say not at all, because it's disparaging the enemy, not an entire...

Pretty sure the federation didn't gas people they claimed to be fighting for, then drop their houses on Earth, killing further BILLIONS through the direct results of the drops, attempted drops, and the week of fighting that followed.
Oh and I'm pretty sure dropping colonies on Earth counts as some pretty hardcore pollution.

Know a place that has translations on vs quotes like everyone against Char during his CCA stage?

Chen's youtube channel has a fair few, from 2ndOGs and Z3.1

Explain me why you've watched 30 season of Gundam.
It's the Call of Duty on anime: same shit reharsed every time.
>>13712758
because it has robots hitting each other
>>13712758
Because I have hope that it can be good again, and it was, just a year ago.
>>13712758
I enjoy it.
Bye /v/
When did you realize that Tomino "lost it?" First signs?
Did he ever really 'have it'?
>>13711504
The first episode of Astro Boy he work on where a robot killed himself because he saw the future.
>>13711504
I don't think he's changed. His writing has been weirdly incoherent forever. Gundam 0079 was just quite 'together' compared to his other stuff. And I like the strange rambling storyline in most of his stuff. Even loved Brain Powerd and G-Reco
Find a flaw.
No, seriously...Has there ever been a UC character more based the Bright Noa?
>>13711191
He created Hathaway.
>>13711212
He fixed his mistake, eventually.
