Hey /m/! It's coming out in a couple of days, so I was wondering, anybody else gonna be playing XCOM 2? Also, it looks like Goldhawk is making Xenonauts 2 right now as well, so that's pretty nice: http://www.xenonauts2.com/
Seems like we'll be having a lot of alien-killing fun for a while yet. Any other games like these you guys would recommend picking up?
How about you ask the fucking video games board instead you fucking nigger faggot

Aw, c'mon, both Xenonauts and XCOM are pretty /m/, with the alien robots and the power armors your guys can equip. I didn't care that much for the Xenonauts artstyle, but the Predator armor certainly looked intimidating. I do hope Xenonauts 2 looks better, though.
ITT /m/ humor

the fuck?
Bracing for western IGLOO BDs.
When it was said that licensing Gundam is an all-in-one deal, they weren't kidding, it seems.
Just reminding that there's still no Megazone 23 BD rips on the net.
Jesus christ /m/
KEHEHEHE
Believe it or not, you'll end up feeling sympathy towards them.

I enjoy the 2nd Opening it's cliche as fuck but I like it.
Why is the second half of ZZ so based? How does a theme song change so much about a show?
Contrast. The tone of the series emphasizes Judau's mindset. The first half is goofy and childish, like Judau was at the time. As he starts to mature through his trials and tribulations, the show also becomes more mature as he throws off his childish ways.
Went from Gundam SatAM to Saving Private Puru

Today, 2-4-2016 (Japan Standard Time), is the 26th anniversary of the first airdate of Winspector. Happy birthday, Winspector!
The Chosen Man
Hisako witnesses a murder on the streets one night, which turns out to be an undercover investigator with the Metropolitan Police Department. The evidence leads to a shadowy conspiracy, and a shocking plot for genocide of Japanese citizens. Winspector steps up to investigate. When one of Hisako's old school friends appears on the list of those marked for death, she...

There was a time where I was worried about you taking forever to sub the show at some point. Now I'm like 20 episodes behind and you're nearly done with Winspector. Good job blowing me the fuck out cunt.
>>13835187
Happy birthday to the show as well, and thanks again.
>>13835187
It took me 38 episodes to realize that Fire, Bikel, and Walter are Traffic Light Colors
How did the EF get convinced, twice, that it needed a special military to deal with Zeon Remnants?
What was the EFSF doing?
if not hunting down Zeon Remnants and keeping other rebellions down.
>>13834658
Titans was quite literally the result of an inside job.
London Bell is more of a peacekeeping unit.
>>13834658
Gundam is a story about repetition. .
Because, The federation DID need a special military force to deal with Zeek remnants.
First time, it happened as part of a conspiracy and led to a Civil war.
After said Civil war Axis Zeon came in and defeated the Federation. That's right Zeon beat the federation in ZZ. People always choose to disregard that. Axis, now Neo Zeon, then destroyed itself via glemmy's Revolt. The federation got lucky. After that, they decided since they do need a zeek hunting force they would make one that was mostly old AEUG and Karaba, so Londo Bell was born. Other special forces...

I was talking about the series.
Guess not.
Nobody on /m/'s ever read this? Seriously?

Best Girl, from Macross 7.
>>13833951
I don't remember her. What's her story?
Guise, am I the only one watching this?
>>13833669
>Infinite Stratos ripoff
Get this fucking trash out of here.
>>13833676
I mean, seeing as how IS is so gloriously original in content.
>>13833669
I have nothing else to watch on Wednesdays anyway
/m/ you have dishonoured Shogun Tomino, how will you make this up to him before he has you killed?
>>13833569
The most powerful Shogun!
commit solitare
Where's this bullshit about revering the shogun come from anyway? It's a position won through military shenanigans, blood, or politicking, like any other position of power in any ruling structure.
At least the Emperor has good old fashioned quasi religion irrationality to fall back on.
After watching some newer mecha shows, I decided to watch the original Gundam and now need to fill the void it left.
What are some must see 70s/80s mecha anime you'd recommend?
The obvious suggestion would be SDF Macross
>>13832997
Try Votoms, Patlabor, Ideon.
Interested in Supers? Check out Voltes V
>>13833001
Was just about to suggest VOTOMS and Patlabor. Seconding those, especially VOTOMS if you want it to be similar.
Someone recently asked me why I think this guy was awesome.
I've then realized I can't say it in one or two sentences without missing anything out or making it sound bad.
Why was Treize awesome, /m/?
He's the brilliant, charismatic, aristocratic ruler we all secretly wish to follow.
>>13832657
This pretty much.
He's like later Char, but without the edgelord pedo part.
>>13832576
The only thing he ever did wrong from what I remember is he was killed by Wufei.
>>13832657
Treize gives a shit about his men, and is probably the most magnificent bastard in all of Gundam. Duo and him carried the show in my eyes. I wouldn't mind being one of his men if I wasn't almost guaranteed to die.
Become a flower!

I am a Liger
The japanese sure love their ligers.
Come on, the things might be huge but they're harmless doofuses. Hardly badass material.
I'm not Liger! He's eating shit in Hell right now!
OP is a Liger
