What writers or books do you wish were discussed more often on lit?
Ive seen Cesar Aura mentioned once or twice before, but I really enjoy his short, improvised works.
What about you?
I’m one of the Aira-mentioners, so I agree. (Whew, he’s gotten old.)
Other than him, unknown authors I like are mostly German and not a lot of translations are available, so it’s not surprising that they aren’t discussed very often.
(To name a few: Christian Kracht (Faserland and 1979, sadly, aren’t available in translation), Georg Klein, Dorothee Elmiger.)
That being sad, I like how Krasznahorkai has risen to some /lit/ prominence lately.
