I have looked for that too but only managed to find and old book in french, les hegesiaques by paul adrien, and a short mention in a book about suicide, also in french. there is a lot of articles all over the ent but they all say pretty much the same.

apparently his philosophy was fire and showed facts of life in a such a straight way that there was nothing else left but suicide.
