>ask mom for money to get Ripley's at book fair
>she says no when I tell her how much it is and gives me a smaller amount
>a few days later grandparents come to visit
>they give me the Ripley's book I wanted
>I am extremely thankful to them
>My mom says that she told them to get it days before the book fair

Seek help.
I ate enough pizzas to get pictured. I remember not liking it, and wishing she'd go back to writing about Henry Huggins.
Guys, I have a problem. Whenever I read novels, philosophical works, essays, even articles in English for quite some time, and neglect my native language, I tend to have a lot of trouble being articulate in my native language.
This wouldn't be much of a bother if I spoke my native language quite a lot among friends and such, but seeing that they are international friends (mostly) I am still stuck in a deadlock.
Does anyone experience similar problems, or am I one of the few that experiences this?
