>protagonist reacts irrational to strange events
Why do I hate it so much? Always alienates the character for me and makes it impossible to empathize with him.
e.g. The Trial by Kafka, Kafka, Camus

>irrational
>strange events
Please tell me how you would react if you woke up a bug?
>What is dramatic irony?
>reacts irrational
what did he mean by this

Worrisome monologues are nothing but filler brah
>I dreamed I was Kafka
>not Samsa

If you want to show a situation properly you need some kind of reasonable dialogues/reactions.
For example the whipping scene in the trial is just bullshit. "Oh it's the next day and they are still in there. nevermind."
