Where do I start with Cioran?
Are there any good overviews for his ideas?

Thanks, I started with On the heights of despair but couldn't get into it but will try that one

It's good too, much more literary than The Trouble with being born (not that it isn't, but it's another style). Aphorisms of the Trouble with being born may be more insightful to you if you couldn't get into the first one.
