Pretty sure this is just a kid who wrote in the red and tried to show off. The cursive is atrocious for a teacher, looks more like a teenager who doesn't use cursive very often. Plus the grammar on page 3 is incorrect "page is to big" should be TOO. That's a teen's mistake. Not an English teacher's.
