I can't read Chinese but I'm going to assume it's something related to bajiquan or tai chi based on the cover.

Just how much alcohol was involved in the thought process that led to this decision, I wonder?

易经十六讲
I Ching, 16...explanations? lectures? not really sure how the jiang fits at the end. Could just be about the 16th hexagram but I would think that would be 第十六讲的易经 or something like that instead.
钟启禄
I think this might be author name. Or maybe some sort of phrase.
中国华侨出版公司
Seems to be name of the publishing company. If you google those characters looks like their website comes up and someone who isn't as shit as I am at chink could maybe work out their site to see if it's the same people that published this and some more info about it. It's all simplified characters so that narrows the timeframe it was likely printed a little.
Hopefully someone who can actually speak chink or knows more than a first year student can come in here and help. Post screenshots of some of the pages.
