The Scarlet Pimpernel.
Maybe it's just me, but my favorite love stories tend to be side stories in grander stories, like Les Miserables or The Count of Monte Cristo.
I'd recommend either, but a majority of those books are not about love, they just contain really good romantic subplots.
Anna Karenina has some good parts too, but overall it's a lot more cynical on love.

Do you mean romantic or Romantic? They are two very different things.

I literally learned about how to please women from Jean M. Auel's Earth's Children books that my mom used to read. No other book so explicitly told me to flick my tongue in upper part of the v of the labia but under the clitoris. Clan of the Cave Bear had some real fucking sexy scenes.tfw my copy was permanently stuck open to the sex scenes.

Chekhov does romance brilliantly.
I'd recommend either The Lady with The Dog or the Grasshopper.
Women in love.
Anna Karenina is really good for a girl book
