The modern paradigm of psychology doesnt agree woth me, but it is stifled by the political climate. There is preventative medicine you can take to prevent gender dysphoria and as long as you stay on it you will be fine. The cosplay surgery will only make you look like a freak and your depression will get worse because you know you wil never "pass" and be accepted by society as a true woman.
