I know you said depression, that's beyond my point;
Obviously I don't know whether you might be one of the minority who has actual clinical depression and clinical ADHD which actually should be treated pharmacologically, but surely you must be aware of the (obviously commonsensically true) fact that those two disorders are currently being insanely overdiagnosed?

My depression stems from gender dysphoria, and was diagnosed by a psychiatrist. I'll never transition because I look conventionally attractive as a male, but I know that doesn't necessarily mean I'll make a pretty woman. So, if my gender dysphoria gets to the point where I can no longer function as a normal human, I'll commit suicide.
