Just start writing nigga. You can do outlines first if that's your thing, it'll help you keep organized which is a bit hard to do with novels just because of their sheer length. But basically, just start writing.

Tell a friend you'll give him $250 every month that you don't finish your intended page-count at a predetermined size and spacing. Read a hundred literary classics and then simply start writing out anything you think of, stream of consciousness style. Then take the ideas you like and mash them into some semblance of a rough draft. Then, work backwards and refine it with symbolism and connect threads throughout, then write a second draft. Then another and another until you like it.
