Which stories are the best? I've only read Simbad the Sailor so far

Some of the famous stories weren't even in the original
The funny thing is that two stories most people associate with the "Arabian Nights", Sinbad and Aladdin, isn't actually a part of the Arabian Nights stories until much later on. What most people think of as the Arabian Nights is just essentially a large collection of middle-eastern short stories at this point.
