I just finished my freshmen year as an English major. Is getting my BA in English worth it or should I switch tracks.

my philosophy teacher showed me the same site and I was really interested, should switch majors or should I just add it on as a minor.

English is a fine degree for law. There are plenty of other degrees that work well for law too, but if English is your favorite then stick with it because you'll do your best if you're learning about things you really enjoy.
If you don't think you're going to get into a semi-decent law school though you should probably switch to something less worthless.

pre-law is a horrible major for students interested in going to law school. econ, polisci, and philosophy majors are all more interesting and do better on the lsat.

When I did my LSAT I got perfect on my reading comprehension section. I'd like to attribute that to having picked up English as my major but there's no real way to tell.
