is this worth readin /lit/?
Only if you care that much about Ayn Rand's ideas. If not, you'll hate this because it's long and boring.

literally tl;dr

is there any story or is it just her shilling her ideals?
No, but Might is Right is worth reading

There is a story but it's all designed to lead to her characters shilling her ideas.

Just read parts one and two. Then come up with your own ending. The first two parts are really good but part 3 sucks.

There's a difference between having a theme in a novel and having a lecture in a novel. There's also a difference between having the characters who disagree with the authors pov but are portrayed realistically, versus portraying them as having cornucopia of negative traits in order to emphasize how correct the author is.

SJW detected

>calling out unrealistic black and white views on the reasons people behave like they do is SJW
>implying this kind of reductive social criticism isn't exactly what the Social Justice movement is infamous for
>implying that a person with Ayn's narcissism and bitterness would have become a SJW in current year
I understand that your baiting though.
