I don't listen to many audiobooks but I loved Rob Inglis's reading of The Lord of the Rings in high school. He gets the tone and timbre of the narrator's voice jusssst right.

I'm currently listening to the William Hootkins narration, and it's lovely. The voice he gives Ishmael is probably my favorite part.
