Hey yall. Do any of you have any experiences with ebook readers? Im looking to get one.. Couldn't find any info on here so wondering what you think.
Get a kobo aura h2o and download calibre.
Best purchase in a looong time for me.
Or just get a kindle 2 or kindle touch from 5 years ago for 30 bucks, there isnt too much difference anymore.
Kindle Paperwhite is what you want. I got one for Christmas and because of it I've read three times as many books this year than I read all of last year.

I read a think that said lit screen activated a different part of your brain while reading that was less conducive to forming ideas through reflection ect and more hungry for a instant dopamine hits. Does anyone know if e-ink completely solves this, I've been thinking of getting one but am wary

nigga wat? reading e-ink is exactly the same as reading from a book
Parents got me a kindle paperwhite. It's alright. Battery is decent and it's nice to store hundreds of books on one item.
But nothing beats a paperback. I still buy the odd one here or there.
I've been back and forth on getting an Ereader for awhile now.
Never used an e ink reader before, but had a nook color ages ago.
If money's not a huge concern, should I go for the paperwhite, voyage, or oasis?
Also is 3g worth it if I'm pirating most of my books?

That does apply only to smartphone, because screens are full of distraction and the LCD cause fatigue.
