Well, man is pretty irrelevant in cosmic scale, but if the universe is cyclical as some believe, it makes sense.

Art exists not by itself. It requires a reader / viewer / consumer. Who would consume such a book? Only God could. A human being couldn't finish it in its lifetime. And even then, the whole universe is filled with so much useless data. Reading that book would be like reading html and css text in Wordpad instead of just using a browser.

Its theme, assuming there are no worlds other than this one, would be everything. Its messages would be universal laws of physics. (Morality is a human invention and too relative.) Its plot would be predictable because it's predetermined.

It would be a shitty book, but autists and neckbeards would probably love it because "muh complex worldbuilding".
