The main torrent has all of the public domain ones except for L008, which is in versions 1,1.5 and 2 of the main torrent. The ones listed as missing in the torrent file are almost entirely 'b' versions, or retranslations.

Ya look around on kat there is a lot of batch torrents for particular subjects.
One of the best things I have found are the TTC video series, basically university lectures that cover a subject. They can be hit or miss but some are amazing.

I have most of the classical texts in physical form, do pdfs already exist for the items you listed or do we need to make them? Sorry if this was discussed, too much funposting going on in here so I skimmed the thread.
I can probably scan my books for the items without existing pdfs, but some of them will have markings / annotations.
