Bravo Wilde, well meme'd
I have a sincere question
(Though I am tickled pink you posted this - this is very funny)
On what grounds do you call this a meme?
>>7827491
sincerity is a meme and has become ironic again
once you're deep enough into the rabbit hole sincerity ceases to exist and there's only manually assigned values of pseudo-conviction left
we live in dark times my friend
this post is 55% ironic and 45% sincere

Is this comparable to the South Park episode "Sarcastaball"?
>>7827502
i enjoy openly fake sincerity very much
>>7827523
Kind of, but not quite. The problems start when your sincerity and irony become indistinguishable from one another, leading to Schrödinger's Irony.
When you start to distinguish the nuances between sincere irony, ironic sincerity, ironic irony and sincere sincerity, you're dangerously close to the event horizon from which there is no return.
The only thing I have to declare is my memeness

Here is a thorough explanation. I'm afraid this is the most accessible version possible. "Everything should be as simple as it can be but no simpler".

I know you are memeing but you are right.
According to Grice's cooperative principle, sincerity is but one of the four maxims that regulate language. By focusing too much on it a speaker could actually be flouting at least one of the other three maxims, thus producing a negative pragmatic effect (irony).
