5'10 isn't even bad OP, i know a few guys who are 6'0 or roundabout and it hurts my 5'7 girlfag neck craning up to look at them and they're all lanky as fuck.
not everyone is completely vapid, don't get hung up on your height. insecurities suck but if you realise that most people don't even remotely care about your height it might lessen your worries

The smallest people often reach great heights (in a metaphorical sense of course).
Stoners often tell others about how they get high; you should give that a try, but I'm not sure their methods for increasing one's height are any good.
