The first third? Absolutely not. Only if the second third was damaged, perhaps, or the third fourth, definitely. I'm glad you mentioned which third it is you're concerned about, anon. I always hate it when I see threads that deal with the same kind of issue such as yours and the OP almost never mentions the exact extent and coordinates of the damage.
