LAMBORGHINI

Why aren't you reading a book a day /lit/?
How long does it take you guys to do the deep skim?
>>7752191
Don't you mean 3 or 4 books a day?
>>7752191
I did that as a child and grew up maladapted and hypercerebral, now that I am responsible for my own homeostasis I am prioritizing tasks relevant to survival and attempting to learn basic skills I should have acquired years ago
>>7752191
If I only skimmed the table of contents and the first and last paragraph of shitty self help books, I'd have ten million books under my belt.
>yfw tai lopez reads faster than bloom
>>7752202

bloom has read like 2000 books
>>7752620
>bloom has read like 2000 books
That's not much for a lifetime of books - I read aboout 100 to 150 books per year, that would be 20 years.
Bloom is something like a "professional reader" so he definitely reads more than me.
>>7752629
He also wrote a shit ton and probably spends more time analyzing than you.
Though I also think 2000 is a low figure.
>>7752468
Youtube ads on 4chan? Where?
>>7752629
I have own and have read more than that over the years, I have about 1200-1400 at the moment. I am 44 though so it not that much of a big deal, I have up to 20 hours reading a week just travelling to work and back.
>>7752629
Bloom had read 200,000 books not 2000
>>7752773
>10 books a day
>every day
>for 60 years
B A S E D
>>7752813
Tbqh, if based on your calculations, 200k books would take 10 books a day for 60 years, I can easily see him having read 20.000 (1 a day)
