buy an used book from shakespeare company. don't spend too much there tho because its infested by hipster tourists
overall there's plenty of comfy old bookstores there, though most deal in french books only
there isn't much specifically literary to do in paris though. guess you can hang around the latin quarter and write shitty poetry in cafes
there's plenty of buildings that are "writer x lived here" but I don't see anything interesting in them other than temporary curiosity

Visit St-Germain-des-Prés, and also take a look in the bookshop called Shakespeare and Company.
Cimetière du Père Lachaise is also a beautiful spot to visit, if you´re into walking through cemeteries at all.
Other than that I suppose restaurants are not quite literary, but if you have some money to spent, there are loads of wonderful places to dine.
