Start lifting, for one. Regular exercise is scientifically proven to increase cognitive function, which leads to better writing (and the extra attention from random QTs doesn't hurt either). It'll also help discipline you so you don't mind all the lonely hours of work. And if none of that works, just keep telling yourself that you have no other reason to live.
