Are there any good books with zero allusions whatsoever? Where you don't need to know anything about other books/art/movements etc to fully understand it?
you don't really need to know what all the allusions are to understand a book.

Huckleberry Finn is the best novel I know of with the least literary allusions. In poetry, Wordsworth's is the most primordial at its best, though it's not suited for people who dislike solitude or other people who enjoy it. Whitman too, though he will always stir the wrath and rancor of bitches who moralize against overt egotism, and bastards who can't stand magnificence unless it's of the military kind.

That's impossible, because there's inherent intertextuality in how a text relates to the language it's written in, as well as your own experience of reality.

This comes close, but although virtually no work of literature precedes this one, an understanding of comparative mythology will greatly enhance your reading of it, to grasp how it relates to and sets the foundation for the whole western canon.
A more truthful answer would probably be somethibg extremely abstract, but written in plain language, that actually needs no point of reference outside of itself. "Fully understand" also implies the content of the boom leaves little space for interpretation. Closest I can think of is a book of introduction to mathematics or logic.
