This book reads like an autistic kid explaining the setting of Blade Runner while waiting in line for something.
I cant stand it.
I enjoyed how surreal yet gritty its world was and the pulpy prose. Its highly overrated though.

PKD did not always write well. His California novels (UBIK, VALIS,Radio Free Albemuth) are better than his 'hard 'sf.
But people who cone to his books from the movies will be dissapointed by lack of pew pew and 'splosions.
thats pretty much how all of Dick's works read. Interesting premise, shit writing.
