It's incoherent. There's nothing of any real substance one can reliably take away. Much of what he talks about is anecdotal. He sat on his couch and thought about what bullshit he could say next without considering what he had written up to that point. I could write The 48 Laws of Power, and you could too. It's trash. With that said, I can see why someone uneducated might be tempted to put it on a pedestal.
