why yes, Lazarillo De Tormes, El Buscon (maybe), If you speak spanish, then Guzman De Alfarache (i'd be jealous) Cervantes also wrote a collection of short stories known as Novelas Ejemplares. Not spanish, but you may check out Gargantua and Pantagruel, Gil Blas, and maybe, maybe the Decameron.
Also, you might check out Tom Jones, Tristram Shandy, and Tobias Smollett, who translated Don Quixote, and derived quite a lot of inspiration from it in his own works.
