I'm not gonna go take them off the shelves, but here are what I own that's tagged poetry. The Norton/Longman/Heath anthologies probably wouldn't count for this, though they do have poems in there.
To the right of the Dover Haiku book are Elizabeth Barrett Browning and Lewis Carroll. Below it is Emily Dickinson.

So you've read haiku's & anthologies... Haikus are literally the shortest poems possible. I didn't realise I was up against such tough competition. Also I'm excluding narrative epics I'm afraid, no Homer/Kalevala/L'Mort d'arthur. That doesn't leave you with much.
