Is this a thing? I don't know shit about printing and I wonder what happens if I download a digital book, maybe one out of print, and want to transform that into an actual physical one. What should I keep in mind? Is there a place that does this with quality paper? I assume it's going to be expensive, but how much if we assume I want similar quality to one edition that costs, as an example, 30 dollars?

Custom binding is time consuming but not that difficult

It's pretty easy once you get good at making fascicles. If they're not even, you're screwed. If they're even and neat, it's pretty easy to make a usable, readable book
