Turns out she didn't really cheated, she actually slept with her husband but she was to drunk to know.

A man waits for the time of appointment to come for his sex change.
It arrives.
He goes through the op. He feels satisfied, then he doesn't, then he does, then he doesn't, and so on. Realizes it wasn't his gender that was giving him unease but the inability to face radical freedom.

The dragon becomes good, but as a consequence is mistaken for evil for refusing to follow unjust rules.
The dragon is driven away. Then it decides if men act this way, there's no point in being good.
It learns to use evil to its advantage by doing those evils men celebrate, winding up being lionized and beloved.
It reflects back on its long life in the end and understands why the pathetic, downtrodden man wound up the way he did, and why he tried to teach the dragon to be evil.
