How long did it take you all to read the Bible from back to front?
I was going to try and read one book a day but it isn't that easy

It gets a bit slow round the middle of genesis but it wasn't unbearable

I would read the New Testament first, as it opens up the Old. Always keep in mind the parallels.
Genesis:
> And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
John:
> And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost
Remember, Jesus is the new Adam. In Jewish tradition, Golgotha is where the skull of adam lays. Imagine the blood of christ dripping from the cross to redeem the line of Adam.

It's an important book, but it isn't a well written book, though it has moments of great poetry. It's also a very, very badly translated book from the ground up.
