Write it. This place in some ways is the nightmare. It is probably difficult for writers to really capture it because they often don't have the knowledge of it.
Think about the fact that you are essentially spied on by an enormous police state, by your own choice. Look into the sesame credit score. Look into the massive social cohersion, social alienation and the strangely narcassistic behaviour encouraged by the net. Include this with it, and you could make a really interesting novel.
