Sometimes, if the book is entertaining.
Mostly, I just read for knowledge and to strengthen my grasp on characters, narrative and to improve my lexicon.
Not always, but if something isn't fun to read for me then I just don't read it.
more enjoyable than fun
like smoking or having your hair stroked rather than joking around or drinking with friends

Depends on the book. More often than not it's not fun. But I don't erad for fun really.
If I'm reading erotica and I'm masturbating, it is.
Otherwise it's more work because I tend not to read frivolous novels and lesser works and focus more on great literature.

Honestly it's kind of work for me for part of the book, but once the characters are set up and so forth it becomes one of my favorite things. I just gotta push through the beginning
I had a mind ecstasy while reading St. Thomas this one time, golden light in my brain
