Some guy shows you picrelated and asks you for a more iconic *scene* (not simply a line or aphorism) from literature. How do you respond? What could possibly compete with picrelated?

I'm unfamiliar with that scene so practically any scene from literature would for me be more iconic

-the climax of Metamorphosis (which, interestingly, is the beginning)
-the scene that gives The Catcher in the Rye its name
-Gatsby and his green light
-several scenes in Swann's Way
-Bloom cooking breakfast for his wife
-Eric Clipperton
-conclusion of Madame Bovary

I know this scene but only in passing and I wouldn't expect anyone else to know it. There is numerous examples of more prolific literature scenes. Here are just a few
>Noah and the Flood among other bible bits
>Moby dick or the white whale itself
>Please sir, more! From Oliver Twist
>All of a Christmas carol
>The Seven Levels of hell (ala Dante)
>Aslan and the white witch (or even the lightpost)
There's many more desu

It's... hard to compete with that scene. Best Simpsons scene of all time
The best simpsons scene is in Mr Plow when Homer pays for a firm to make a commercial for him to replace his self-made amateur Ad. They end up making what can only be described as a black and white art film short, complete with shots of the world trade center and a woman crying; when its done Lisa turns around and asks "Dad was that your ad", Homer looks at her scared and upset and replies, "I don't know".
Makes me smile every time.

My favourite scene is "we'll take the Spruce Moose". The sudden moment of absurdity and quick cut away from an unresolvable situation is quintessential Simpsons humour.

>I like the way Snrub thinks!
Homer: I'm like that guy. That Spanish guy. You know, he fought the windmill...
Marge: Don Quixote?
Homer: No, that's not it. What's-his-name, the Man of La Mancha.
Marge: Don Quixote.
Homer: No!
Marge: I really think that was the character's name. Don Quixote.
Homer: Fine! I'll look it up!
Marge: Well, who was it?
Homer: Nevermind.
