>/lit/ is struggling to get their novel out there
>even if it's in paperback
>gets shutdown
>/lit/ shits on guy and calls him an autist because he sells
>he gets his first book he published to be republished in Leatherbound
>anons gather round with glasses to gather the tears of the frustrated
When you getting that book published anons?
I tried reading him but couldn't get into it. His type of fantasy just isn't my thing.

Nice salt.
could someone explain
this guy actually posted on /lit/?

I don't read any YA nor genre fiction, so I am not mad, nor do I care the slightest about bad literature being published. Bad literature has always been published and always will, why would anyone get mad over it?

/lit/ hates successful writers, or ones that have gone mainstream popular.
They liked GURM, his show blew up, they dropped him.
Sanderson was okay, with mediocre prose but fascinating worlds, he blew up, signed a multi-million dollar book deal.... /lit/ dropped him.
They are like a bunch of e/lit/ist, wine sipping pretentious hipsters, who revels in their knowledge of the obscure. Let that hidden gem be uncovered though... and oh, how the viper turns upon itself, plunging with repeated wanton, poisons most vile, that strike quick to the heart, and rots one from the inside.

Elitists don't read fantasy to begin with.

lit never liked games of shit, where you been?
>>7452648
How long have you been here, mate?
The fantasticals sure did enjoy ASOIAF before it got huge.
>>7452349
It may look like that in the blurb but it isn't so in the actual novel.
Is that a swastika on the cover?
>>7453475
Its an Aeon probably, or the shape of the country(you have to draw a map of your country to do magic in this novel).
Imagine living in Texas in Klapistan, to make magic work, you would have to draw the shape of texas and all it's fault lines and rivers.

Lit does nothing but berate GRRM and his books, this has been going on for years.

"Many please the world, but only few can please /lit/". Makes us sound badass and secret society and also guardians of pure taste.
