should I continue browsing /lit/ or go read by the wavy sunny lake?
>>7449914
I was leaning that way. The new Norton critical edition, edited and with footnotes looks good (the original ormsby didn't have any notes iirc).
I read the first few pages of both and they both seem decent. For some reason I feel that Grossman is over hyped, like P&V.

I really really want to be friends with a little girl, or at least know one or be around one somehow.
I know that sounds reprehensible, but impious activities are the absolute last thing I'd have on my mind, absolutely opposed to that.. I just never had a sister and I feel that I never hung out with female friends so I never really knew a girl withotu all the mess in it.. I also love that total innocence thing... not some wolf looking to kill it, I wanna keep it how it is. nothing more evil than destroying that innocence imo... I'm kinda like Lewis Carroll I guess.
I just kind of feel happy when I'm in starbucks for example and there's one sitting near me. I know it sounds like i'm a bad person, but I really don't mean any harm. I'd never even talk to any... there's an understandable stigma attached to males. Well maybe I'll have or adopt a daughter someday.
