Miller's tropics. Always loved to have a beer while reading those, It's like hanging out with someone, funny anecdotes and with some soul touching bits here and there (maybe enhanced by the alcohol). With most books I end up only enjoying the beer or the book but not both at the same time. In this case they went really well. But hell, I'm quite a drinker so I like to read 'tipsy' quite often, specially poetry. It quiets my mind a bit and my spirit seems to go higher.

If you read Finnegan'''s Wake with an Irish accent whilst drunk, it actually makes sense. It's on purpose.

I get kinda lazy when I smoke weed, also short term memory loss sucks when you're reading a medium difficulty upwards book. What is your method?
