I enjoy it, but not more than reading while sober. Reading stoned just makes me a slower reader. I find myself reading the same sentence/paragraph several times in order to fully (except not) internalize it.
I find reading high to be more useful when rereading, as I'm less interested in the entire scope of the work at that point and more interested in how the small details contribute to the larger idea

There's also the terrible and entirely untrue myth surrounding marijuana as a "creative" drug. It's possible that, on occasion, altering one's consciousness could allow for a novel way of reframing a specific set of concepts or ideas, but pot isn't some magic creativity herb like some people tend to think it is. If you don't have a good wor worthwhile idea in your head when you're sober, you're not magically going to have one when you're high.
For every famous and talented author who smoked weed there are tens of thousands of potheads who think smoking weed will make them famous and talented authors.

I dunno what your experience is, but I write for a living and I smoke (never at the same time though) and weed gives me a LOT of scope. Yes, some of the coolest ideas appear in my head when I'm fucked up beyond repair.
