Did you read Soren Kierkegaard? If so, I suggest you to look for “The Technological Society” by Jacques Ellul, “An Essay on Time” by Norbert Elias, “Matter and Memory” by Henri Bergson and conclude with “One-Dimensional Man” by Herbert Marcuse. Reading “The Concept of Anxiety” by Soren Kierkegaard is a convenient prerequisite if you didn't read it.
