Don't know about specific books but check out Theodor Adorno, Herbert Marcuse and Jean Baudrillard (though he might be more po-mo desu).

Why were you debating it when you have no knowledge on the topic? Also have you considered to maybe just read the works of the members of the frankfurter school? The 3 most well-known and integral being Adorno, Marcuse and Horkheimer.

/lit/ is so against Frankfurt school for reasons I am not sure of but adorno is definitely worth your time. Minima Moralia is a great synthesis of Hegelian/Nietzschean thought and the aphoristic style allows it to be read at ease.
