awesome books in the UK - their delivery to north america used to be free for 2 or more items, think it's 4 bucks or so now though, still a pretty good deal.

Seconding Awesome Books, they have pretty prices almost as good as amazon.uk used to have before they scrapped free delivery outside of the UK with only like 4.2€ flat rate for shipping.
If you're Dutch or Belgian : bol.com. I shit you not, fairly cheap prizes, fairly large choice, deliverd by the next day without delivery costs.
