It's not THAT hard, if you have basic knowledge of philosophy beforehand. Kant repeats himself a lot.
Read Prolegomena to Any Future Metaphysics before, idiot. (And do not read Practical Reason, it's mostly non sense).
But be advised, Kant is still the wrongest genius of all time. It's like watching someone biking perfectly with his hands on the pedals. It's really impressive, but it's still wrong.
Just read Hume and stop here.
Read the Stanford article on Kant, it's sufficient.

Yeah the third is ok. Tons of stuff around the critics are quite good if you ignore the underlying transcendental idealism, like Perpetual Peace for example.
