I don't understand the appeal of John Green at all, I mean some of his crash courses are good for high school courses and I admit I used a few of his videos before to help me study, but in the end he's just some shitty author who writes books geared towards teenage girls.

Liberal arts colleges are shit. I'd go to Georgia Tech over Pomona or UT Austin over Kenyon or UIUC over Amherst any day of the week. Giant research institutions with strong programs in STEM as well as liberal arts is the way to go.
