I used to run a spam operation in the mid 2000s. We would get our IP addresses shut down every day. So I would look for server coupons and get a new shared hosting box. Sometimes I did it twice a week.

If I had to read on a computer screen I would never fall asleep. The computer screen is absolute killer on your body's natural melatonin production.
Because I have trouble sleeping I eat a big carby meal (carbs will cause melatonin production) and dim all lights. Then I read, it works well for most people who have trouble sleeping. It's all chemical.

your pineal gland(third eye ayyyy) is sensitive to light and especially computer screen light
somewhat related, when you wake up, put on all the lights or go see the sunrise. the bright light will wake you up much better
